What's covered

• Only the specific part you select in the form's "Replacement Part" drop-down
• Breakage or failure of that part under normal, intended use
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Original purchaser only, with a valid order number

What's not covered

• Lost or stolen parts
• Misuse, deliberate damage, or normal cosmetic wear
• Modified, reprinted, or repaired parts
• Second-hand units or unauthorized sellers

How to claim

1. Submit the form with your name, email, order number, purchase date, marketplace, and a clear photo of the damage.
2. We review it and, if approved, email you a payment link for the shipping fee.
3. Pay, and the replacement ships to the address on your claim.

The fine print

• Limit: one replacement per customer every 6 months, counted from your request date
• Shipping: $9.99 domestic U.S.; international quoted by Customer Support. Non-refundable once shipped.
• "Lifetime" means as long as we produce the product line, to the original purchaser
• Claims are approved at our discretion; terms may change
